Type status in the CS:S console while connected to a server. Your SteamID appears in the format STEAM_1:0:XXXXXXX.

Go to Donations & Credits. You can donate via Ko-fi (recommended, 0% commission) or via PayPal.

For Ko-fi: first copy the personal code shown on the page, then paste it into your donation message. Tokens are credited automatically within seconds.

Check that you actually pasted your personal code into the donation message. That code is shown on the Donations & Credits page.

If you forgot the code, contact an administrator on Discord with your SteamID and your Ko-fi transaction reference.

Yes, that is expected. Tokens are spent to pay for VIP access. Each server has a token cost shown on the Activate VIP page.

Your rights are granted automatically on your next connection to the server. If you are already connected, disconnect and come back.

If you still do not have your rights after reconnecting, check that the SteamID on the site matches the one you use in game.

A standard VIP access lasts 31 days from the activation date. Lifetime VIP never expires.

Go to Activate VIP — if you already have an active VIP on a server, the button will read "Extend" and add 31 more days to your current expiry date.

Go to Store Credits. You can convert your tokens into credits at a rate of 1 token = 1,000 credits.

Credits are added to your store account instantly — type !store or !shop in game to spend them.

Your store account is created automatically the first time you connect to one of our servers. Join a server in game, then come back to the Store Credits page.

Credits are added to the database instantly. If you were already connected to the server when you converted, type !store — the credits appear without reconnecting. If the problem persists, reconnect to the server.

Contact an administrator on Discord, describing which page shows the error and what you were doing.

Check that your Steam profile is set to public (Settings → Privacy → Public profile). If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a private window.
